Trump said:when you were in PRC,you must learn mandarin......maybe he is right,because A small part Chinese people can not understand English,but with the development of the times,Chinese people have accept the existence of English. Perhaps some Chinese could not translate English very well,so they ofen make some new words and sentences. for example:sitting toilet & seating toilet & pedestal toilet,they named it "Potty Toilet",when you go in and take a look, you will find a water closet in there.
In PRC,you can speak any language if you can
